Volunteer Guide Training Day
Become a volunteer guide!
Are you passionate about nature and eager to share your love for the environment with others?
Friends of Bold Park Bushland is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to lead guided tours through one of Perth's most treasured natural reserves. As a volunteer guide, you'll play a key role in connecting people with the unique flora, fauna, and history of Bold Park.
Bold Park is a sanctuary of biodiversity, home to a variety of native species and rare ecosystems. Our guided tours offer visitors an immersive experience, educating them about the park’s natural beauty, conservation efforts, and the importance of preserving urban bushland. We believe that by fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of Bold Park, we can inspire the community to protect and conserve this vital green space.
No prior experience is necessary - as a volunteer guide, you'll receive comprehensive training on the park's ecology, wildlife, and cultural significance. You'll have the opportunity to lead groups of all ages, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm while contributing to the park’s conservation mission. Whether you're a seasoned naturalist or someone eager to learn, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills, meet like-minded individuals, and make a positive impact on the environment.
By joining Friends of Bold Park, you’ll become part of a dedicated community committed to preserving Perth’s natural heritage. If you’re ready to make a difference and help others discover the wonders of Bold Park, we’d love to hear from you. Together, we can ensure that this precious environment continues to thrive for generations to come.
